Loved the Unspooled episode on this (as usual). But I’m not sure your reading of the scene where Jerry is listening to music in his vehicle is correct.
He’s not flipping stations because he doesn’t know the words, he’s flipping stations because none of the songs suit the mood until he finds “Free Falling”, a huge song he can belt out and feel a release to.
